Inquiry (采购产品): LED Display Looking for a new supplier for an LED display we sell. We would be interested in what price you could offer for these displays. We expect to purchase 300 - 1000 of these each year. This display is hung at the rear of cinemas and viewed by deaf people with reflectors, so the text is displayed backwards.Mains supply is 120V, 60 Hz, and we prefer that the power supply is a separate unit that can be mounted away from the display. The power supply needs to be UL approved. Usually the power supply is mounted about 10 meters from the display. We prefer a "brick" style power supply. The case of the display does not have to be exactly like the one in the drawings. It can be plastic or thin metal because it is for indoor use. It must be able to be easily hung from chains or cables, or from a wall mount. The case must be non-reflective black in color. If there is an adjustable bracket or similar item (possibly at additional cost) to assist in aiming the display downward towards the viewers that is even better. It is helpful if the display has a "test" button that lights up all the LED's in each line one at a time (or some other scheme) so the operation of the LED's can be checked. There should be a "power" LED visible from the side or face so the user can tell if power is getting to the unit. This must have 2 lines of 32 characters, 8 cm high, 10.4 mm pixel pitch, 1 Amber LED per Pixel, 8 cm Character Height. The input from our computer is the only data source. There is no need for internal memory for text. We use a special data scheme called MOPIX Protocol". You will have to make your display accept this data. I can send files with details of this protocol.I have attached the details as you asked. Also, if the attachments fail, you can try getting them from these pages:http://www.keepandshare.com/doc/1931796/rw-mopix-raw-protocol-13k?da=yhttp://www.keepandshare.com/doc/1931793/rw-notes-45k?da=yhttp://www.keepandshare.com/doc/1931797/rw-raw-rwc-data-19k?da=yhttp://www.keepandshare.com/doc/1931795/rw-system-sketch-109k?da=yhttp://www.keepandshare.com/doc/1931798/rw-3-view-274k?da=yWe will require a confidentiality agreement and an agreement that this "Rear Window" compatible display can only be sold to us.PLEASE SEE ATATCHED FILES!LED Display.zip **** Hidden Message ***** Co:Boston Light & Sound, Inc.
