Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Winch Design We are currently working on a project with a high wall mining machine manufacturer that will require custom winches. I would like determine if you would be interested in reviewing the specifications for the winches on this project. There are two designs currently being examined, both will require hydraulic drives. The mining machine will provide the hydraulic power from its on-board hydraulic system so the winch only needs to include the hydraulic motor and associated gear reduction. The first design will require a constant tension winch capable of storing up to 1100 ft. of 1-1/2 wire rope. This winch only needs to develop enough pulling force to properly tension the wire rope as the rope is wound onto or unwound from the winch drum. This winch will need to be self-supporting and will be mounted onto the mining machine structure. The second design will be significantly larger and must be capable of developing a line pull of 100 metric tons or 220,400 lb. This winch will also require the capacity to store 1100' of wire rope. We have not determined the rope size for this design, but will provide that information in the written specifications. Each mining machine will utilize two of the design 1 or design 2 winches. If the design operates as expected, these winches will become a standard part of the mining machinery so it is not a one time project. I am interested in budgetary pricing, approximate drum size, and approximate over-all winch size for both of these designs.
