This is a device that rotates laser and copier drums from toner cartridges so that they can be recoated with an airbrush while sucking up exhaust fumes.We currently assemble this device in-house but are looking to outsource the assembly of a more customizable version that is able to handle drums of various sizes, from 1 inch wide and 20 inches long to 1 foot wide and 3 feet long. Different versions of this device for different drum sizes will most likely be necessary.This device is part of a recoating process that repairs damaged and worn out toner cartridge drums from laser printers and copy machines. The device contains a motor to spin the drum at an adjustable range of 400 to 900 rpm. It also contains an exhaust fan to suck up the fumes from the air brush.We can supply numerous pictures of the device and the various components that make up the device. We usually 20 of these devices per year as part of an initial license.
