Inquiry (采购产品): Vibration Analysis My company specializes in air compressor design, manufacture, and assembly. We have a line of 90° V compressors which need improvement in the vibration / balancing area. In the past, "home grown" sources have been used to 'balance' these pumps, but the program does not encapsulate everything it should, i.e. the pumps still shake a bit more than we'd like. What tools might the industry have available to help with these problems? These compressors are constructed with electric motors as drivers and are two cylinders 90° spacing, one cylinder's piston rod assembly in front of the other axially. Any information you may provide could be of benefit to our design efforts.
