I′m currently working at the Engineering Department of ARIMEX S.A. in Buenos Aires.Our company designs and manufactures air care appliances such as Hair Dryers and Hair Straightener Irons. We are interested in new carbon brushes manufacturers in order to improve the duration of the motors we are currently using. The brushes dimentions we need are 4,9mm x 3,9mm x 20mm and the anual need could rise to 700.000 brushes per year. The motor′s voltage must be 240V and 125V (we have both models). As the power is about 100W, the corresponding currents are 0.5A and 1A (aprox). The peripheral speed is about 11,7 m/s (15.000 rpm with 15mm colector) in both models. I would be gratefull if you could send me a quotation for the brushes with the correspondind technical specifications for a target in-service duration of 2000 hours.
