Inquiry (采购产品): 25m Mast Pole I need the following specifications for one mast pole:25m High Mast Pole (G.I) Specifications:Airport Apron Flood Lighting (G.I) Mast of height 25 meter, minimum diameter 1000 mm at ground level above ground consisting of hot dipped galvanized on both sides of polygonal cross section units suitable for simple telescopic together on site having circular base flange plate and supplied with anchorage bolt consisting of the following:-a) A flash fitting trap door of proper size shall be installed at the base of stem and reinforced sheet metal plate serving also as support of electrical equipment (SDB) shall be installed inside the door.-----------b) A head frame shall be fitted on the top of the Mast suitable for carrying at least 4 nos. of flood light together with all necessary control gear box for 1000 watt high pressure sodium lamps.c) Complete with raising and lowering gear for the flood lights. The raising and lowering gear shall enable shifting the head frame & the flood light fittings to be raised to full height and lowered to 1.5 meter up from the top surface of foundation to facilitate installation and maintenance. The steel wire ropes supporting the carriage shall be flexible stainless steel. Ropes with hemp cores will not be exempted. All pulleys shall be of accurate diameter for the flexible ropes used and shall run on bearing which require lubrication service. Winches shall be of the irreversible worm type with oil bath lubrication. The winches shall be operated by a removable handle and a driving proper rod shall be incorporated to limit the operating torque to a safe value.d) A lightning rod shall be incorporated on top of the pole and ground. The Mast obstruction light shall be provided on top of the Mast.
