Inquiry (采购产品): sand filter We currently manufacture a polyaluminum chlorhydrate solution. It has a typical sp.gr. of 1.3400 +/- .0200. We currently use a plate & frame filter with a membrane cloth installed and gasketed. We are experiancing cloth blinding and are studying various types of cloth and body feed material (diatomaceous earth) to extend cloth life. As a back up we use a globe type sand filter containing #40 sand media. In all aspects this has allowed us to continue production, but does not totally clarify our product. Next step would be to try and use a smaller granule for further polishing. Our product is usually water white and crystal clear. Using the sand filter, the finished product has what I would refer to as a "fog" left in it. Any ideas? Our engineers are not too happy to be looking elsewhere then the plate and frame system but as mentioned earlier, we are having difficulties filtering. **** Hidden Message ***** rand thompson 2315 n. sullivan spokane valley, WA 99215 USA Company: kemiron northwest Title: production manager Phone: 509-922-2244-ext-12 Fax: 509-922-2406 E-mail: rthompson@kemiron.com **** Hidden Message ***** rthompson@kemiron.com
