Inquiry (采购产品): brushless motor I am trying to source a brushless motor of similar dimensions to the Maxon brushed motor that I have attached a technical specification sheet for, this motor has an overall diameter of 40mm and a body length of 71mm which is fitting to our design, however its power is heavily under rated for application I require.As the motor I need is for an electric bike it must be rated to 250 W for continuous operation. The supply battery will be 25.9V and the motor should be capable of outputting 250W both at its nominal speed and also one third of its nominal speed (0.33), the motor's nominal speed should be approximately 5000-6000rpm. Cooling of the motor will be an issue so it would be best if it was rated to more than the above details so that it does not overheat under heavy use. The nominal current shall be 16A, but the motor must be able to continuously operate at approximately 45A at any speed. A weight of <;500g would be acceptable. I would also be interested in hearing of any cooling systems you might suggest or whether your motors are capable of running at high currents without overheating, for this reason I am inclined to specify a motor that is over rated.Our anticipated volumes, as of January 2011 would be approximately 1,000 units for the first year, growing to 5,000 units in the second (2012).
