Our customers include L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Unilever, Liz Claiborne and others. At present 80% of the containers we fill are glass with the rest being plastic. Size ranges from .5ML vials to 8 oz bottles. Most include a pump and cap. Many have special cartoning or packaging requirements. Run sizes can vary from 5,000 to 500,000. As a highly labor intensive operation, we are seeking methods of automation that can be quickly and easily adjusted to the different shapes and sizes we deal with.
