Inquiry (采购产品): Tooling quote for injection mold To Whom It May Concern:, My name is Andy Toth and I am contacting you on behalf of Bresslergroup, Inc. a product design and development firm based out of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. We are currently working on a medical shoe insole project and as a part of our proposal we want to include some estimated manufacturing specs. Part of that process would be the creation of injection molds to create various sized foam insoles. The soles themselves would be around 1/8 thick and look similar to the typical Doctor Scholes insert with a few holes cut through to provide room for supplemental support material. The range of sizes would be from a woman’s size 4.5 to a man’s size 14. If you would be able to give a general cost estimate for the price of tooling the components of one whole mold that would be very helpful.
