If the requirements are satisfied within a wider frequency range, the supplier shall state the actual operating frequency range.1 jumper assemblies1.1 electrical characteristics1.1.1 the return loss of the terminated jumper assembly shall be at least 27 dB.1.1.2 the maximum attenuation for the high flexible 1/2" cable of which the jumpers are made shall be:-11.5 dB/100 m at the 800...1000 MHz band.-17.5 dB/100 m at the 1700...2200 MHz band.-20.5 dB/100 m at the 2200...2700 MHz band.1.1.3 the maximum power handling of the jumper assemblies at the 800...1000 MHz band shall be at least 500 w.1.1.4 the maximum power handling of the jumper assemblies at the 1700...2700 MHz band shall be at least 300 w.1.1.5 the total level of all intermodulation products of two unmodulated test tones at a level of +43 dbm shall be less than -160 dbc. The test tones shall be separated by 5 MHz on the 800...1000 MHz band and by 10 MHz on the 1700...2700 MHz band.1.1.7 the contact potential in any junction in the signal path must be less than 0.25 v according to the electrochemical series. Dissimilar metals in the junctions shall be avoided.1.2 mechanical characteristics1.2.1 the jumper assembly is made of high flexible foam isolated coaxial cable. The outer connector of the cable is a corrugated tube or foil and the inner connector is a solid wire. The nominal diameter of the cable should be 1/2".1.2.2 the mechanical design and construction of the jumper assemblies shall ensure that the electrical and mechanical characteristics are maintained during at least 20 years of operation despite the detrimental and aging effects of the environment.1.2.3 all metal materials shall be corrosion resistant.1.2.4 the outer jacket must be ultraviolet resistant. It must also resist the effect of the pollutants of the air including ozone and sulphur dioxide.1.2.5 the jumper assemblies are delivered complete with male iec 7/16 connectors installed in both ends. Will need two different type of jumpers.- first end should be straight and second end should be angle.- first end should be straight and second end should be straight.The connectors must meet the requirements of chapter 1.3 of this specification.1.2.6 the minimum bending radius of an installed jumper assembly shall be less than 50 mm.1.2.7 the jumper assemblies shall meet the requirements of this specification in the following conditions:- temperature range of -45° To +50° C.- relative humidity of 10...100%.- IP 68 (with out taping)1.2.8 the jumper assemblies shall be packed so that the connectors are covered with shielding caps.
