It is clear plastic, 4.25" W x 9" H, with an upper and lower pouch and a small hole near the top edge. We print price tags and slide them into the pouches. Is this something that you would manufacture and could give me a price quote on? If so, please provide pricing using quantities of 5000, 7500 and 10,000.
