Inquiry (采购产品): Automotive Wheel Possibility My company is currently developing a line of performance and racing wheels for automotive applications. These would be a 3-piece design, consisting of two outer rings for the front and back of the wheel, and a center connecting the rims to the vehicle hub. We are looking for a manufacturer willing and capable of assisting us engineer these wheels, as we are looking to manufacture them as no other product in this category has been previously. We wish to manufacture the centers out of titanium or a titanium alloy, and the outer rims from the same or, if necessary, aluminum alloy. The three pieces will have to be post-machined, finished, and assembled 2-4 sets at a time. I would like to know if this would be possible and, if so, what costs would be involved.
