Inquiry (采购产品): Order for filter We are developing methods for filtation of Solar grade silicon scrap. SiC filters should be well suited for this purpose (in competion with C filters) The filters should ideally be composed of only SiC,Si,C and SiO2 (binder).They must survive up to temperatures of 1500 degrees C. When heated up to this temperature, very little volatiles should be emitted. In our preliminary lab studies we would like to test both SiC and C filters from You of size 25x25 mm with depth about 10mm.
