Inquiry (采购产品): Hard Chrome Plating I need a quote for Hard Chrome plating of cylinder rod material. We would supply rods in which are 16 and 20 mm in diameter. The 16mm rod has a tolerance of h9 (max tolerance of 0mm and min tolerance of -0.043). The 20 mm rod has Tolerance of h8 (max tolerance of 0mm and min tolerance of -0.033) Both of the materials are hollow rods. We need the outer surface to be hard chrome plated with a plating thickness of 25μm +/-5μm. After plating the rod 16 mm rod requires a tolerance of f7 (max tolerance of -0.016mm and min tolerance of -0.034). The 20 mm rod also requires a tolerance of f7 (max tolerance of -0.02mm and min tolerance of -0.041). The material is usually comes in 3 m +/-10% lengths. I am not sure if this is to long.
