Komarov, professor of faculty of Aircraft construction in the Samara Aerospace University (Russia). For already 30 years I am engaged in research of process of details' stamping. I have a lot of inventions allowing to improve the process of stamping with simultaneous improvement of quality and reliability of details. Their purpose is also to reduce the costs of manufacture. Lenin 2 a - 71 Yours faithfully, Anatoly D.KOMAROV THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Extract of details, as is known, one of the most widespread operations of cold stamping. However during an extract (drawing) of hollow details in a zone of linking of a bottom with a wall it is formed a thinning of a material which allowable size is usually limited to 20 %. In result, the durability, reliability and a resource of details are reduced. To provide necessary operational characteristics of details, frequently it is necessary to apply thicker materials - the weight and the cost price of products increases. Besides, after an extract the details require an additional machining for scraps of an overmeasure of the material formed because of errors of process of stamping. I developed a stamp which for one motion of the press makes an extract of a preform, a scrap of an overmeasure and a thickening of a material in a zone of linking of a bottom with a wall. To increase the thickness of a material in the weakened zone at preforms preliminary extended by traditional ways have developed another, more simple stamp. As a result of experimental researches it was found out that on such stamps it is possible instead of traditional thinning a material in the weakened zone to get a thickening up to 20 %. Thus the radius of linking of a bottom with a wall is easy for reducing in some times that considerably raises rigidity of details. Accuracy of manufacturing of details raises also, stretching deformations and stress on an external surface in a zone of linking decrease. In addition a thickening of a material instead of thinning in this zone will considerably increase durability, reliability and a resource of products. I have created a method of calculation of the basic powered and geometrical parameters for the already designed stamps. Also I developed the device for an extract of hemispherical high quality details without thinning of a material, and a procedure of calculation of key parameters of process of an extract and designing necessary stamp equipments is created.
