steel tubes Inquiry (采购产品): steel tubes Dear Mr./Ms. Purchasing Manager , We would like to introduce our company named G?KTAS METAL, who is manufacturing steel tubes, hollow sections, strips and sheets, with a capacity 350.000 Mtons/Year. Our company established in 1977 has been operating in the fields of export and import in a total of 43,000 square meters on 3 plants of which the 25.000 square meters is closed. The main activity is the, production of ERW steel tubes and hollow sections (rectangular and square ).The factory at the same time operates as a service center for decoiling (cut to length) and slitting of coils (strips) and Sand Blasting & small Rolling Mill. The yearly production of the company including the tubes (round) and hollow sections (square & rectangular) is expected to be 120,000 mtons with the introduction of our latest hollow section line on June 2005. Our steel Sales figures in the year 2004 which was about 200 million USD and the export sales of the products manufactured in our company was around 48 million USD last year. We can offer you the following objects : 1) ERW welded steel tubes and hollow sections. ( Round, square and rectangular.) Cold rolled, Hot rolled and Galvanised, Sandblasted 2) Strips,(in which, coils are slitted to desired width to produce a desired product. Cold rolled, Hot rolled, Galvanised), Sandblasted 3) Steel sheets, Cold rolled or Hot rolled, Sandblasted 4) Steel coils , Cold rolled, Hot rolled, Galvanised, Sandblasted Our production range is ; 13mm to 95 mm for steel tubes. ( On starting June 2005, we will be able to produce up to 127 O.D.) 10x10 to 60x60mm for square pipes. ( On starting June 2005, we will be able to produce up to 100 X 100) 10x20 to 80x40mm for the rectangular pipes. ( On starting June 2005, we will be able to produce up to 150 X 50) The steel wall thicknesses are ; 0,70mm to 7,00mm The production in our factory is made according to the DIN 2394, DIN 2395 , DIN EN 10219-2, ASTM A 500 Gr. A+B+C and BS 6323, BS 6363, BS 1139 norms. Our main and regular export destinations are : England, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria but we also export irregularly to USA, North Africa, Ethiopia and CIS countries.
