Aramid / Carbon Fibre Needle Felt Inquiry (采购产品): Aramid / Carbon Fibre Needle Felt We need to supply this kind of aramid / carbon fibre needle felt for Mid East : SS Needle Spun Yarn ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING felt bekaert NP250 material in grey colour, 2mm thick x 1.2Mwide x 50M long, DENSITY 1400GSM to be used to hold red hot glass article when it comes out of hot mould. THE MATERIAL IS HEAT RESISTANT AND SOFT NEEDLE PUNCHED, NON-WOVEN WITH MECHANIVCAL DURABILITY OF A WOVEN FABRIC, CORROSION RESISTANT, ELCTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE, USE OF ARCH STREET, IT ATTRACTS MAGNET. The material should be around 1.5mm or 2mm thick, soft, it can bend softly like ordinary cloth, and should withstand 800 deg c, temperature. This felt is wrapped on a table spoon like holders with the help of wire stitching. It is possible only if it is easy to fold. It should be smooth so as not to form any impression on the glass article when it is holding. It should work at least for 6 hours at that temperature of 800 deg .c..
