New brand protection technology Inquiry (采购产品): New brand protection technology Dear Sirs/Madams, this is the offer from the Puls Planety LTD. - the Russian firm specialized on creating the new technologies based on the synthesis of interactive communications and traditional printing. The Technology Department of our firm has created the new unique technology for brand protection. The given technology has no analogues in the current methods of brand protection and it is characterized by achievement of the following results: · the only one technology that gives the consumer the information trustworthy on 100% - whether he has got counterfeit goods or not; · while all existing technologies only complicate fakes, we make them absolutely impossible and senseless in this aspect; · this technology allows the consumers to test the products without any special expensive device or special education; · this technology is very cheap for the manufacturer and may be easily introduced on every manufacture (huge or little) maximum in 1-2 months (not more); · may be used in all the industries that produce serial products and which suffer from fakes (medicines, cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, the sports goods, perfumery, batteries, autospare parts, audio and videocassettes, CD-ROMS etc.). It is the technology of 21 century and it essentially differs from all existing directions of brand protection solutions. Now we are patenting it in the Russian State Patent Department. We have passed formal examination with positive result and receive the Priority Date (November 17, 2004), which is valid for further patenting it in the International Patent Department (according to the PCT). According to current Russian Patent Law, we can start international patenting and opening the essence of invention only after 6 months from the date of application in Russian State Patent Department. Meanwhile we start searching for the serious and well-known partner with whom we can advance this technology abroad after May 18, 2005 – after 6 months from the date of our application in Russian State Patent Department.
