Inquiry (采购产品): Contract manufacturing We are a medical device manufacturer located in San Clemente, CA We are looking for a supplier to make some patient pads which consist of nonwoven material. There are several size pads ranging from 4 inches to 30 inches long, but they all have a consistent 12 inch width. The pads consist of the following materials: - polypropylene, 1 mil thich - airliad material 5 mil thick - nonwoven blue Philic 20gsm - nonwoven white Philic 15gsm - hot melt adhesive 6gsm Along each side of a pad is a 3/4 inch polypropylene edge that needs to be folded over onto the pad and then secured in place. I suspect that securing all four sides may not be possible as part of the automation making the pads.. Since the pads will be sterilized, they will require manufacture in an environmentally controlled area (not a clean room) in order to keep the pads relatively clean of dirt. There is nothing special about packaging, other than the pads will need some separation (e.g. using a plastic bag) from the cardboard box that could be used for shipment back to us. We are looking for a supplier that can take the various parts and make a pad, a turn key operation would best describe what we are looking for. We can send you sample pads if you want. If you determine that you will not be able to make the pad, can you suggest another company that might be able to manufacture the pad.
