Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Personnel Lift Greetings, My objective is to locate a design and built firm to provide a personnel lift that has the capabilities of vertical adjustment from 5' to 9', and platform extension capabilities of 5'. The original concept was to modify an existing JLG scissors lift (model 1930ES), limit the height to 9' (as opposed to 18'), and increase extension capabilities of the platform. Please review the following details summarizing our need for a custom personnel lift with extension capabilities. I've provided a few requirements that are expected with this design and build task. This correspondence is part of my feasibility research so please respond by COB 2-18-05 with a ROM identifying estimated cost and schedule. Design and Build Task: * Meet all OSHA and applicable ANSI Work Platform Requirements. * Extension board to provide fall restraint (as required) other than OSHA standard handrails. Platform thickness is limited as well as height of fall protection features. * Modified 1930ES (or similar) vertical lifting equipment to provide personnel access at heights from 5' to 9' with extension capabilities out to 5'. * Maximum load of 250lbs, with <0.5" deflection. * Maximum weight requirements (TBD) - Please provide an estimated weight. * Sway requirements (TBD) - Please note concern and provide estimated values if available. * Space envelope - No larger than current 1930ES footprint when stowed. * Certified welding required (if applicable) Please feel free to contact me if any clarifications or concerns develop.
