Manufacturing and supply of precision engineering components Inquiry (采购产品): Manufacturing and supply of precision engineering components. Dear Sir, We introduce ourselves as one of the precision machinist having required facility at our works at Ahmedabad, INDIA. Our works is more than 10 years old and we have experienced workman and technicians in our shop to cater for these type of requirements. Our works has a total built up area 1050 sq.mt. It is totally in the proximity of national highway no.8 and very close to domestic and international airport of Ahmedabad. Our facility includes 5 Nos. Horizontal Boring machines ranging in spindle size from 80mm to 130mm. The table size is max. 1400x1200mm. These machine tools are equipped with DRO facility for accurate measurement. All these machine tools are of repute make and are maintained in excellent condition. They are Collet & Engelhardt, VWF make. We also have 3 Vertical turret lathes having max chuck dia. 2800mm. These are WMW, Ezio Pensotti make. Apart from these we also have 2 Nos. Radial drill machines with maximum drilling capacity of 80mm. These are Webo and WMW make. Apart from the above listed heavy-duty machines we also have 4 horizontal lathe machines and 3 bench drills. From the above you will kindly observe that we are in a position to undertake different types of job for machining at our works. If your requirement is in bulk we can supply to you the component with material also, which may be in cast iron, mild steel etc. We also have measuring and inspection facility and our own quality control department. We have TRIMOS and all measuring instruments like, Micrometer, Vernier etc. All these instruments are regularly calibrated since we are catering to ISO 9000 registered companies. At present we are catering to large engineering companies and regularly supplying to them machined components like, Gear cases, Turbine casing and other components for Hydro and Steam turbine as well as components for earth moving equipments and wind mill. Our customers are LARSEN & TOUBRO, SIEMENS, ALSTOM POWER, ELECON ENGG, ATLAS COPCO, INGERSOLL-RAND, ZINSER TEXTILES and many others. We get repeat orders from these companies which speaks about our quality.
