Inquiry (采购产品): Cheese aging From Costa Rica I intend to start experimental production of cheese and I require a small (5 to 10 square feet) chamber with 8 to 10 degrees C. and 92%-95% RH. I do not wnt to spend a lot of money, since it is at a very young stage. What do yo recomend?
