Inquiry (采购产品): seeking employment Hello, I have listed below my recent job duties and attached my resume for your review. Achieving high Productivity throughout: 1. Involvement in shop layout and production flow. My responsibilities included AutoCAD layout and maintenance of the plant. This was part of the QS-9000 requirement including 5s and Ergonomics. 2. Define and selecting production equipment. My responsibilities included Scheduling of jobs using the right equipment and setting priority in Manufacturing in order to meet customer delivery dates. 3. Effective Maintenance. My responsibilities included setting up a P.M. program including Forms, Daily-Yearly service requirements for both Employee and Maintenance department responsibilities. 4. Personnel staffing. My responsibilities included interview process, Training, Employee reviews and employee termination. House keeping is one of my pet peeves. This is part of the 5s program as well. 5. Personal assistance in production, meeting commitments and maintaining work procedures. My responsibilities included Employee training, process developed and improving upon processes in order to stay competitive and efficient. Setup work instructions on the network and maintain them. ISO – QS internal audit trained. 6. Engineering involvement at product development stage with the Customer as well as problem solving at the plant level and in the field. 7. Project Management responsibilities using MS Project software. Worked with customer requirements and provided weekly updates. Headed the APQP team meeting and provided support with PPAP. Help assist with providing Engineering support, Tooling and Manufacturing support - First part layout - Shipment and follow up with the customer. 8. Meeting customer’s requirements thru tool design. My responsibilities included overseeing the tool design / build departments. Quality and Traceability: 1. Setting up Procedures, Training, Process flow and updating routing were part of job duties. 2. Managing of OSHA, MSDS reports. Assisted in setup of the Safety program at Seeley Enterprise. Oversee of safety committee at Deringer-Ney. Large part was employee involvement. Part of my responsibilities at Deringer-Ney, was to provide good training and maintain personal records throughout the plant. I was certified in CPR, maintain MSDS reports. Review OSHA guidelines and update equipment as needed and train employees as needed. Reduce / Minimize costs: 1. My responsibilities include review of P&L report and find ways to reduce cost company wide. Provided support for P.M. program. Redesign of product, process, procedures and product flow. Review M2M reports. Evaluate and eliminate Variables. 2. Worked with Purchasing on Material reductions. I was not directly involved in purchasing; however I have worked with Suppliers when doing estimating and have good customer relation skills. 3. I reviewed each job order to assure revisions, procedures and work instructions were correct and update as needed. Create a positive working environment: 1. My responsibilities include daily communication with Supervisors and employees. Setting up and maintaining Employee involvement training and awareness programs. 2. I did all reviews for the Manufacturing department supervisors and employees. I was in charge of 40 employees on three shifts. Create and maintain a clean and organized shop: 1. Qs-9000 5s program outlined this. Employees trained and made aware. Disciplinary actions were taken if not adhered to. Employees focused on pride in ownership in the work they did and maintaining a clean and organized department. Prepare financials and participate in production related planning: 1. We had a yearly budget which I would maintain though equipment / supply recommendations and signing off of requisitions. 2. I would review our M2M software which provided production efficiencies. I would then put this data in Excel report form for employee awareness. This would also work with the areas that need improvement or communicate action requirements to purchasing for re-pricing. 3. We had daily production planning meetings, weekly goal updates and monthly Preventative action and Continues improvement meetings. Miscellaneous responsibilities: Visit customers for problem solving, new product development. Attended off sight Training and Staff meetings. Progressive Die design, and outsourcing for repair. In closing I feel I have a well rounded knowledge base in Manufacturing. I am a people person and a very hard worker. Respect is gained from the efforts put forward.
