I have some preliminary numbers: Module: 1.5 Number of teeth: 27 Lead angle: 16 degrees Pitch diameter: 31mm Outside diameter: 33mm Root diameter: 28mm Worm starts: 1, Right Hand PD: 7mm OD: 9mm Root dia: 5mm Worm may be too large for specified lead angle... I would like some recommendations along with a quote for 10 samples.
