Inquiry (采购产品): High Pressure Autoclave We need an Autoclave with inside working pressure 150bars.The cubic Capacity for the Autoclave is 700 litres,the dimension is pre-determined having an internal diameter of 730mm and height of 1700 mm. Both top and bottom ends are to be Torisphrical Dished shaped. The thickness for the Shell has been worked out to be 65mm and those for the dished heads 75mm - the material for construction being ASTM A150 Gr.70. The thicknesses for the flanges for the top lid and the main cylindrical body for the vessel are 100mm and the width being 100 mm. The clamping and the declamping for the flanges are to be remotely controlled by the use of hydraulic cylinders - a tentative arrangement of having 'E' shaped clamps have been considetred, placed at 120 degrees apart, the clamps are supposed to move laterally to fasten the two flanges together for the opration to be carried out inside the Autoclave with the internal pressure ( compressed air)put on. Since the crux of the operation is the quick clamping and de-clamping, we approach you with the enquiry if you are able to supply an Autoclave having a quick opening system remotely controlled by hydraulic cylinders fixed at ground level, the level for the mating flanges happens to be at about 300mm above shop-floor level, the vessel's most part remaining under-ground.
