Inquiry (采购产品): heat exchange specification We are carrying out some research on exhaust gas aftertreatment for gas turbines using catalysis (a variant to Selective Catalytic Reduction). As part of our study we have been reviewing the scale up of the system to the size of for example a 50MW power generation turbine (simple cycle). We would like to cool the exhaust gas to match the temperature required for our catalyst . In looking for suitable heat exchangers I came across your company and the waste heat recovery units. I am trying to obtain some preliminary information on the type that could be used and approximate cost. By way of example at base load conditions the turbine exhaust gas temperature is approximately 450oC at a mass flow rate of 150 kg/s. We would need to cool it by 50oC to a catalyst working temperature of 400C. At this stage it is not necessary to think about recovering the heat for useful work such as steam generation. The turbine is assumed to be land based.
