For 1000 pieces: I will supply you with 1000 new Cosmo bobbins # 5963-0 HYPERLINK www.cosmocorp.com www.cosmocorp.com Core dia. 0.457" KK style Flange size 0.832" dia. Length 0.213" Wall 0.025" Coil spec. 250 to 275 turns of #32 AWG solid copper magnet wire. 1.25" to 1.5" lead out wire from bobbin, use the #32 AWG solid wire, ends tinned about 1/8" Wires don't have to exit from flange slots but would be OK if they did. Tape around O.D. of coil to retain wire DC resistance 7.5 to 8.5 ohms Wire coils and tape must not exceed the bobbins flange, 0.832" O.D. Packaging for shipment is your choice as long as they're not damaged. I would be willing to pay extra for a few prototypes to make sure everything is OK before all 1000 are run. Note: I hand wound 250 turns of #32 mag wire and had about 7.8 ohms. My application does not require tight tolerances but an optimum target would be 8 ohms using however many turns. This is my first production run, hope to have more in the future.
