Bellow is the procedure for the contract execution 1. Contractor send price quote for consideration by Buyer2. Buyer accept your price and issued Purchase Order3. Contractor issue a proforma invoice to Buyer for approval.4. Buyer approve Proforma Invoice and issue a Draft Copy of Contract Agreement for Contractor to review, then Contractor and Buyer sign Contract together.5. Buyer make payment of 100% advance by T/T to Contractors account.6. Contractor produce and send sample 2 pcs on each size of T-Shirts by Courier to BUYER.7. Buyer Approved sample and return 1 pc on each size to Contractor.8. Contract agreement start after approval and return of approved sample by Buyer9. Contractor Start Mass production of the T-Shirts10. An official from Buyer visit Contractor factory during production.11. Contractor start shipment of goods either in a whole or partially.
