Inquiry (采购产品): 072867001469 upc code Hello, We purchased a GS EZ-BakerPro Commerical grade Steel bakeware Pizza Pan 15.9 inch 40.3 cm from frys in Gilbert, AZ. about 3 weeks ago. We did not notice and not certain if the pan was defective when we picked it up or if something happened between the time we picked it up and the time it was bagged by Frys ( perhaps something happened when the bagger bagged it - I dont know for sure) Anyways we did not look at the pan or use it until a few days ago and we noticed that the pan had a few major scratches and underneath the large label looked as if it had been used before??? as it looks like oil stains. We took it back to Frys to see if they would help us but they said it was out of their hands now and we needed to contact you. Could you please tell me what we can do about this? I have been in a pretty bad auto accident a few weeks ago and I am home bound. Any assistance in the easiest way possible would be most appreiated. thanks so very much!
