Inquiry (采购产品): Hi Cr/Mo Tool Steel I have a polymer molding operation in which significant chloride ion pitting corrosion exists in D2 tooling. We have started to use 420 martensitic tooling due to the higher Cr levels, but still see pitting. I am interested in a modification to 420, with higher Mo levels. Specifically, I need a more pitting corrosion resistant tool steel in the 57HRc hardness level, so I need Cr levels greater than 15% and Mo at greater than 4%. Do you have tool steel materials to meet this requirement? **** Hidden Message ***** Steven Allen IN 46581-0708 USA Company: Zimmer, Inc Title: Sr. Process Engineer Phone: 574 267 6131 ext 12828 E-mail: steve.allen@zimmer.com **** Hidden Message ***** steve.allen@zimmer.com
