Request for Quote And Samples Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Quote And Samples Good afternoon I am looking for an annual price agreement to include firm fixed DELIVERED pricing from date of award through 1/31/06 FOB DESTINATION Hutchinson, Kansas 67501. This price agreement can be renewed for an additional 1-year with a maximum 5% price increase, if said increase is requested in writing 45 days prior to expiration of the current agreement. Samples of each item quoted must be delivered by 2/16/05. Please send samples ASAP to Comade, Inc. address and contact info below. Delivery must be made within 55 days from receipt of an order. YOUR DELIVERY__________. If delivery is not made in the time quoted, we reserve the right to purchase elsewhere and bill back the difference. Quality: Material provided must be DOMESTIC ONLY, FIRST CLASS, in all respects, seconds or flawed items are not acceptable. Quality consistency through-out the contract is imperative. In the event material is found unacceptable, supplier agrees to bear all expenses for return of material and replacement thereof, including all freight charges. Shipping: Material must be palletized on 40" x 48", 4-way accessible pallet, new or reconditioned. material must be cross-stacked in alternating layers and securely banded and/or stretch-wrapped. This request for contract will be purchases on an as needed basis. Over shipments are not allowed. Purchase quantities may be more or less than the estimated annual requirements listed. Item# 1 40,000 yards Terrycloth toweling, white, approx. 2.74 lbs. per dozen finished. 16" wide, marked for 26" towels. 84% cotton/16% polyester material, heavy duty. Put up on approx. 100 yd rolls (max 24" diameter), individually wrapped in plastic. Minimum Order: 5,000 yards.
