For this method use the vibration motion of a rotor with amplitude 3 - 5 degrees and frequency 8 - 16 hertz. With using such motions the rotor is almost motionless. It allows to determine instantly amplitude and angular coordinate of the location of a unbalance. Samples of balancing machine tools which use this method are made. For some samples the designer documentation is made. These machine tools show high efficiency and accuracy and big safety of balancing of rigid rotors of various standard sizes and weights. This equipment has not of analogues in the world. The main advantage of this method is high efficiency of dynamic balancing of not continuous rotors (fans, turbines, airscrews and screw propellers, etc.). For balancing these rotors is necessary a few seconds. Another advantage is an opportunity to balance safely grinding circles of the big weight. The equipment which uses this method consumes in 10-100 times of less energy, than in traditional methods. Today actions for protection of copyrights on these inventions are doing, but patents are not made yet. Authors search for the interested investors for introduction of the new method in an industry.
