Inquiry (采购产品): Pressure Transducer We are a small electro-mechanical OEM for military avionics. We seek a source for a pressure transducer to be used on a military aircraft cooling air duct. This is a firm requirement for 2,000 units. The criteria are as follows: ? Silicon Strain Gauge type; uncompensated; normal operating pressure, 0 -.5 PSI, others will be considered. ? Accuracy: ±1% static at room temperature. ? Input voltage: 10 VDC, others will be considered. ? Bridge Configuration: Positive input to be split. ? Output voltage: 100 mV full scale. ? Impedance: Input 10K Ohms ±4K Ohms; output 450 Ohms ±70 Ohms. ? Load: 100M Ohms. ? Vibration: 10-2000 Hz at 3 g’s. ? Shock: 20 g’s at 11 ms duration. ? Operating media: Air. ? Life: 25,000 hours MTBF min. ? Ambient temperature: -65°F to 185°F operating and -71°F to 185°F non-operating. ? Envelope: TO-5 preferred, others will be considered.
