Inquiry (采购产品): price quote I need a quote for 2 plates made of aluminum. Both plates are roughly .060 Thick and 5.795 squared. The first plate needs 16 holes with an I.D. of 1.176 with internal spacing at .263 and an outer edge of .141 this should = 5.795 +- internal spacing can be adjusted to fit. the second Plate has 36 holes with an I.D. of .733 with an internal spacing of .200 and an outer edge of .207 I am trying to replace to plastic plates in a storage unit with a stronger piece the plastic unit is sagging the units are on our website if you need a visual of what I am doing, also I have a prototype that I made. thanks let me know if you need more, I would like an initial quote for 250 of both sizes. then after customer acceptance I would do runs of 1000. also I need them finished and painted blue not sure what is the most durable method to coat them but maybe you can help me with that. this is our first product release so should be more work to follow.
