ELASTOMER BELLOW SEALS ( TYPE 77 ) : § Internally Mounted. § Non – Clogging single coil Spring. § Self Aligning Feature. § Can be supplied in Cartridge design also. ? SINGLE COIL WEDGE / O-RING SEALS ( TYPE 21U / 21B AND 22U / 22B ) : § Internally Mounted Seal. § For slurry / high viscous liquids / abrasive services from low to high pressure & temperature range. § Single coil spring arrangement eliminates spring clogging. § Mechanical locking ensures positive drive. § Independent of direction of rotation. § Can be supplied in Cartridge design also. ? MULTISPRING WEDGE / O-RING SEALS ( TYPE 51U / 51B AND 52U / 52B ) : § Internally Mounted compact design. § Multiple spring arrangement ensures uniform spring loading. § Mechanical locking ensures positive drive. § Independent of direction of rotation. § Can be supplied in Cartridge design also. Page: 03 o Optional Design for type 52 B § The Seal can be supplied with reverse pressure balanced design which can be used in Externally mounted single or Inboard seal of Tandem double arrangement. § The seal can be supplied for equipment having axial float up to 2 mm with special modifications. ? TEFLON BELLOW TYPE SEALS ( TYPE 11 ) : § Designed for External Mounting and highly corrosive clear/abrasive liquids from low to medium pressure. § All wetted parts are non metallic. § Spring is coated with Chemically Inert Material. § Multiple spring arrangement ensures uniform spring loading. § Independent of direction of rotation. ? SPECIAL DESIGN SEALS ( TYPE 111 ) : § Special Design for liquid of crystallizing nature / slurry / high viscous liquids / abrasive services of high pressure & high temperature range. We are also dealing with following manufacturing, reconditioning & maintenance activities. Manufacturing activities (1) Complete Range of Mechanical Seals , All Kinds of Mechanical Seals Spares & Sealing Systems. (2) The Special Test Kit for Double and Single Seals for Static Test. (3) Pump Spares - Shafts, Sleeves, Gland plates, Wear Ring, Throat Bush, Throttle bush etc. in wide metal range like EN-8, EN-32, SS 410, SS 304, SS 316, Alloy-20 & Hastalloy etc., as per requirement of customer. Also, note that we can manufacture the spares as per sample or component drawing. (4) Various PTFE/GFT/CFT spares as per drawing/sample. LTD. Page: 04 Reconditioning & Refurbishment Activities 1. We recondition and refurbishing mechanical seals, in which we carry out following activities: - Lapping of seal faces up to 2 light band accuracy. - Replacement of Seal faces like, Carbon, Silicone carbide, tungsten Carbide, Ceramic, Ni - Resist, Stellite. Bronze. - Replacement of Seal Hardware. - Replacement of springs. - Replacement of secondary sealing element like PTFE pkgs. & ‘O’ Rings, Elastomer pkgs. & ‘O’ rings. - Testing & Cleaning of metal bellow/mechanical seal assembly. 2. We recondition compressor valves in which, we carry out following Activities: - Lapping of valve seat. - Lapping of valve rid or replacement of valve rid. - Assembly of valve with new springs. - Testing of valve. - 3. We carry out complete maintenance of pumps at our works and can be discussed in detail.
