Against bill of lading wt to be allowed, should be final wt at the discharge port deviate by more than .25% of the bill of lading wt, then the excess or shortfall above this discrepancy shall be considered to be actual wt deviation and both the seller/buyer agree to reimburse the balance beyond the .25% discrepancy with in 45 days after relevant credit note is issued. QUALITY- Any claims for quality to be fully supported by SGS surveyed report to be submitted by the buyer to the seller with in 45 days after discharge of the cargo at the destination port. All the quality claims with respect to chemical composition, mechanical properties, internal defects etc will be considered. Any claims for quality/quantity to be lodged within 45 days after discharge of the cargo at the destination port.
