Existing process is in Oroville, CA and is to be moved to Irvine starting in May '05. New system to be quoted has to allow us to meet AQMD Rule 219 requirements/exemptions for use of Ensolv in this process (3 gal daily/66 gal mo. limit at 1 sq ft opening).
