Inquiry (采购产品): Urethane Foam Insulation for Exterior Ductwork We are providing engineering services for a large addition to DSM's facility in Greenville , NC. We have been asked to compare Foamglas with urethane for insulation of outdoor exposed ductwork. Based on your experience, please provide us with a budget cost for furnishing, fabricating,installing, and finishing the following: 1.5 inch thick urethane insulation on 56 LF 50" diameter round stainless steel duct, outdoors 1.5 inch thick urethane insulation on 60 LF 60" diameter round stainless steel duct, outdoors Also, I need thermal conductivity at 75 F mean temp and a suggested specification (if available) We will be applying a metal jacket to this insulation. Is a vapor barrier required? How does price of urethane compare to Foamglas (rigid cellular glass)? Are there significant advantages in fabrication and application of urethane over Foamglas?
