Inquiry (采购产品): garage/studio apartment I have a very old, and I am afraind ready to tumble, cinderblock garage measuring roughly 24 feet by 24 feet. I am thinking of tearing it down (assuming a heavy snow this winter does not cause it to fall down) and replacing it with a much sturdier garage capable, ideally, of supporting a studio apartment on top. I have not even begun looking into permits for the apartment but, even if that is not allowed, I will want the roof top used a roof garden or something similiar. I live in a city with a tiny yard and can't see letting the prime space (on the roof) go to waste. Seems to me pre-fab concrete is a good choice but I don't know where to begin, much less what things will cost.
