I'm spear heading a project to install an aprox. 1,800 yard standard guage trolley system in an 8 acre public park where the W.H.S. has our Historic Waterford Village under construction. We are a 501-c-3 tax exempt entity open to the public with no other financial support than that of private and membership donations.
