Inquiry (采购产品): Balancing equipment Kaiser Compositek is interested in purchasing balancing equipment to balance 3-configurations of driveshafts. Config 1 is 57.7-in in length, spline end to flange face. Spline-dia is 2.5-in and flange-dia is 5.5-in. Shaft ID is 4.197-in. Config 2 is 58.3-in in length, flange face to flange face. Flange-dias are 5.5-in. and Shaft ID is 5.2-in. Config 3 is 34.1-in in length, flange face to flange face. Flange dias are 4.8-in. and Shaft ID is 4.197-in. Driveshaft assemblies are filament wound graphite composite tubes with mechanically attached titanium end-fittings. The Shaft end-fittings have balancing flanges which can be filed to achieve final balance. Shaft assembly weight for the largest assembly is less than 15-lbs. Final balance is to be within .02 in-oz at each end at 4,000 +/- 500 RPM per Bell drawings.
