Inquiry (采购产品): Aluminum Wire Drawing Hello, my name is Michael Bullock, and I am a student at Oklahoma State University. I am working on a project and was hoping you might be willing to help. We are to design a process which will draw a 11.3mm diameter aluminum 6061 rod's area down about 92%. Once we started looking at the numbers, it would appear that the strain which would be introduced to the material would excede the fracture strain. Is it possible to draw this aluminum rod down this much without annealing the material? Thank you very much for your help.
