FULLY AUTOMATIC DEIONIZED WATER PLANT SPECIFICATION : 1- Production rate of (10 m3 /hr) considering the analysis of feed water (Tap water) in Samarra city. 2 - The quality of water has to be produced according to the international standard for (D.I) water for pharmaceutical use; operating manual of produced water analysis has to include the chemical methods, instruments used and any useful details. The conductivity of product water to be less than (0.5us/cm) and (pH) range between (5-7) preferred around middle. 3- The filtration stage has to be consisted of sand and carbon filters with two (10 m3) capacity storage tanks for filtered water. 4-Cartridge filters has to be fixed on production line with graded pore size down to (0.2um) on final line. 5-Two deionization units to be supplied each consist of cation and anion containers with (HI-Polisher) containers (not mixed bed) and two (10m3) capacity storage tanks for the final product water. 6-Regeneration system with two (1m3) tanks for (HCI) and (NaOH) with level meter graded as volume scale supplied with suitable pump for each, the (NaOH) tank equipped with heating system keeping it above (20 degrees C) in Winter, all should be provided with suitable filtration equipment for each of (10um) pore size. 7-All the containers, tanks, and pipes to be from non toxic polymer configuration. 8-Full operation (PLC) control system for all stages including regeneration with the necessary instruments and indicators and manual operating option in case of any fault occurred. 9-(U.V.) sterilization unit on the final line of production should be provided. 10-Two pumps supplying feed water to the plant and two pumps discharging the D.I.W.) from the plant to the different sections of the factory to be provided. 11-Pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators, and any necessary safety devices and auto controlling instruments to be supplied. 12-Oil free air compressor if it is needed 13-All detailed catalogues, manuals which are necessary for mechanical and electrical and electronic maintenance attached with details of instrument connection, charts, tables and any useful operating data to be provided with the offer especially the guarantee period of manufacturing companies of different items to be mentioned. 14-Any other new development, theories, and technology and important notes to get better production quality would be considered. 15-Installation and training of persons to be considered 16-Commissioning not less than two weeks 17-S.G.S.
