Inquiry (采购产品): LH Metric Nut I'm trying to find a couple of left-hand metric nuts for the spindle of a SKIL bench grinder made in Europe. I'm not sure of the closest metric size and thread, but it will be very close to a U.S. standard coarse 1/2" left-hand nut (1/2-13?). Is there an M13 left hand nut with a thread very close to 13 tpi? I've tried to order the spindle nut through several different SKIL repair depots. They keep sending the U.S. nut which ALMOST fits, but jams after two threads are engaged. They don't know anything about the thread, saying they can only order the part number in their lists. The inability to thread onto the spindle is not due to a damaged spindle thread, as I have chased it to clean it up and have inspected it. Appreciate any help you can offer.
