Inquiry (采购产品): T304 Tubing I am looking for T-304 stainless steel tubing with an OD of 3.5” and a wall thickness of .050” and I will need the same spec’s for a tube with an OD 0f 3.31”. The OD and ID are crucial. There can only be .045” separation between the two tubes. The smaller diameter will reside inside of the larger tube. The tubes must be seamless or polished after a weld, both inside and out. The initial order will be as follows for the initial prototypes: qty 10, 5" X 3.5" OD X .050 wall thickness, T304 Tubing qty 10, 5" X 3.31" OD X .050 wall thickness, T304 Tubing The tubing cannot vary beyond a thickness between .040" to .063", and must be smooth without flaws inside and out. The thickness of the wall of the outer tube will determine the diameter of the inner tube. If we can acquire a consistent wall thickness for both tubes of .050 then we can always order the tubing as stated above. If the prototypes work for us we will need a constant and reliable supply of these units. We will purchase various quantities, but no less than 20 pieces of each on a monthly base. If it would be more cost effective to purchase 100 pieces of each on quarterly bases, should the prototypes work of course, I would be willing to consider such a purchase on a regular bases.
