Inquiry (采购产品): Sensor potting fixture Tech support engineer, I am currently designing a sensor potting fixture. The sensor will be potted with epoxy to cover the outer surface. The potting mold could be made with aluminum alloy if a teflon coating is applied on the epoxy/ mold contact surface. The coated sensor is in cyclindracal shape with dimmesion of 1.3" D X 1.4" H. The epoxy curing temperature is no more than 130C. My questions are: 1. How durable is the teflon coating in this condition? 2. How much it going to cost for one potting mold of 5 sensors, four same molds and 10 similar molds?
