Inquiry (采购产品): air control valves Dear Sirs, I am consulting on a project in South America to upgrade the pneumatic control systems on a drilling rig currently operating in Ecuador. I am requesting information on control valves, positioners, and actuators for use on existing equipment to remotely control engine throttles, clutches, and shift transmissions. The engines being used are Chinese copies of Cat D-399's currently using mechanical throttle control. The clutches are Chinese copies of Fawick air clutches. The transmission on the drawworks is currently being manually shifted. It has two manual shifting levers each with a neutral, low, and high detent. The neutral position is in between the high and low positions. The shifting is accomplished with a vertical movement of the shifting lever. I would like to install positioners on the drawworks transmission and have the signal to shift interlocked with the air supply to the input clutch to prevent shifting the transmission while the power to the drawworks is engaged.
