Inquiry (采购产品): AP Dear Sir,Our company has entered into a fertilizer toll manufacturing agreement with Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia (NCZ) which is Zambia largest fertilizer and chemical production plant. Under this agreement we are to manufacture 7,500 metric tones of NPK fertilizer compound D for the next three (3) years starting July 2010. In order to fulfill this we have an urgent need for chemical components required for the manufacture on this compound fertilizer which we need a consistent monthly supplier.Our monthly requirements are as follows for manufacturing this product:1) DAP 3,030MT or alternatively MAP 4,250MTWe require your good office through your trade section to purchase these chemical components and have the same shipped to Zambia to enable us manufacture NPK 10 20 10. Kindly advise based on your specifications how much of these would be required to produce a ton and please express your answer in quantities and not chemical formulation. Additionally we are participating this year fertilizer distribution programme with the Government of the Republic of Zambia under the agricultural support programme (ASP) and we need a dependable source of Urea 46% Fertilizer. As part of our commitment to the Government of Zambia we need to purchase 12,500mt of Urea 46% and have it with us before we can be given a specific quota to supply which will be in the region of 50,000mt.As part of our commitment to the government of Zambia we are now looking for 12,500mt Urea 46%. These three quotations will help us make important logistical decisions.These programmes are long term as the will roll over year to year and we are therefore looking for manufacturing companies which can supply these requirements consistently.
