Inquiry (采购产品): Need Technical Manual/Technical Help We have Porter instruments Liquid Flow control system model 270019800 sr.no 435a v 3.1 with liquid mass flow controller model NVL-003FV s/n P951023K. This system is integrated with Novellus cp1 -150 machine. I m facing problem of teos flow not in control.Whatever flow I set from 0000 to 5000 Ul/min (which is max flow)I m getting flow of 2000 ul/min.Can u pls suggest me to approach this problem. I will really appriciate ur fast reply as matter is very urgent for us ,all production is on hold .
